Here we are, we stand on the brink of collapse....

We war & blame & indulge. We want our gluttony & safety & surety of the system we have, even as it fails us. We throw money at it to keep it alive. A failed thing!
We have now the chance to change our way of thinking, change our way of living. Change our purpose. But we don't, cant, are unwilling; stubborn, lazy. We cry & scream & wail & demand that the current ways be saved, are forced to prosper again even though they damage & poison us.
We hear & see & feel our doom approach yet we turn a blind eye & consume ourselves again in materiality, delusion, comfort.
For a small thing, a simple small change in us; magnified by the millions, is all it would take.
Are we so animalistic that we cannot see, are unwilling to see or change, just a little. To sit a little this way rather than full ahead. To suffer the smallest discomfort, so as to enforce a greater purpose in our system. We are given an opportunity, but it seems we must throw ourselves off & over & past the no return before we look back and see & say "We Should`ve!" "WE COULD`VE!" "It Would Have Been So EASY!"
